The “Bestie Sessions” are designed to combine Personal Training in a group setting. This will allow you to train with friends or family while still experiencing all the perks of Personal Training.
This is a really fun way of staying active while enjoy the social aspect of doing it with those you love!
These sessions are high energy, filled with healthy competition and accountability while still focusing on your personalised training plan.
Weight Loss, toning & strengthening, improved fitness, flexibility, mobility and so much more!
These sessions will be 45 minutes in duration.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so that you are able to settle in and warm up. You will then be taken through your session by your Personal Trainer according to your personalised plan of action.
