In her time away from this incredible community you can find her creating content for various publications & brands, speaking at events, featuring on the Expresso Show(SABC 3), designing apparel for fitbae inc. Lifestyle and of course coming up with new and exciting tools to enhance people’s health! With 10 years’ industry experience and a whole lot more she wants to achieve; Emma is only getting started! Christelle Hattingh, also known as “Rabbit, ” due to her incredible running abilities is an asset to our team in more ways than one! She is a fitness professional with 13 years of experience that has a great passion for sport and movement. She shares, “My love for the outdoors speaks for itself – Triathlon, duathlon, cycling, and trail running are my passions where weight training, strength training, sports conditioning and weight loss is what I specialise in.” This firecracker is an Internationally qualified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist. She is also a Triathlon South Africa (TSA) level 1 Triathlon coach and is very proud to announce that she has been the overall ladies SA Long distance duathlon champion for the last few years! She also represents South Africa at the World Championships which take place overseas annually. Christelle continues to inspire us with her history and achievements – “I believe in myself and have stumbled over a few obstacles in life. After being in a wheelchair as a child, I believe it is how you overcome the obstacles that determines your journey in life.”
