Personal Training is a one-on-one experience which is designed around your personal health history, goals, schedule, and lifestyle. Each session is created to build confidence through movement, increase fitness, improve strength, flexibility and co-ordination, assist with weight loss/management and condition your body. This experience not only focuses on physical results but also mental health. This is a holistic approach to making sure that exercise and nourishing the body well becomes a lifestyle.

Your first session will be a consultation to discuss overall health, nutrition, goals etc. A plan of action will then be devised accordingly for your sessions to follow.
Each session following your consultation will be prepared beforehand and will vary. We take the guess work out of this process and make it as fun as possible!

These sessions will be 30 minutes in duration.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early so that you are able to settle in and warm up. You will then be taken through your session by your Personal Trainer according to your personalised plan of action.
