PRIVATE CONSULTATIONS
This consultation package includes an initial sit down/Zoom call where we outline everything from your goals, habits and challenges to your health history, current training/nutrition and everything in between. This is where we are able to access what plan of action will be most effective for you and your personal goals. We are then able to create a personal plan specific to you and your needs. Over the next month you will be able to check in with us and ask questions or give feedback. We will assist with any necessary adjustments and give support as you need.
