CANCELLED ORDERS
We are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed. We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless the products were delivered incorrectly or are damaged. Please note, https://fitbaeinc.co.za/ reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds without the required arrangements.
CHANGED ORDERS
Should you find yourself in the position to change a confirmed order, we will do our best to accommodate your request however, there is no guarantee that any changes can be made once an order is placed. Contact shelifts@fitbaeinc.co.za as soon as possible in order to correct any order mistakes.
INCORRECT ORDERS
In the unlikely event that a product arrives and has been incorrectly supplied, please contact shelifts@fitbaeinc.co.za within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue.
DAMAGED ORDERS
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, please contactshelifts@fitbaeinc.co.za within 48 hours of receipt. Please include photos of the damaged product/s and a screenshot of your order number/confirmation email so we can resolve the issue.
